He is Father

Click on link for theme song. He Knows My Name

Matthew 7:11 "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good things to those who ask Him!"

God delights in showering blessings of His goodness on His children. The Father gives good things and perfect things to His children because He delights in rewarding obedience. The barrier of not receiving is not only due to lack of faith, but not trusting God will give what is in the best interest of our growth in Him. We feel we deserve nothing which is true, yet while we were yet sinners He gave up His only Son for our sin. Receiving from God is not the objective, but to accept what He already gave us for this life.

Psalms 17 says, The greatest need is to have a relationship with Him. We are nothing without what He accomplished on Calvary. To know Him and the power of His resurrection is our greatest gift. We need to know we are His beloved creations. Always be thankful for making us His children. There is nothing apart from His love that will satisfy our deepest longing. God is committed to meeting all your needs. He has promised to take care of us. He wants us to seek His right way of living in Him with love and then all these others things will fall in their right place. Our main need on earth is food, housing, and clothes, everything else is a privilege. What keeps us apart from God is our Sins. Nothing else can separate us from His love. Nothing is more meaningful to Him than our obedience which He loves to reward.

We honor God when we love him in return. God wants us to depend on Him alone. By His love we know we are His children. Trust that God loves you completely. Trust His timing and believe that He is your Loving Father.

God loves me , He wants to set me free.
He calls me His own, and promises we will never be alone.
He is the giver of good gifts to those who obey,
When we trust His way.
Be thankful for who He is and His goodness you will not miss.
